The hotel's rooms were well-equipped, clean, and neatly arranged, with very friendly and helpful staff. However, the room was not ready for us upon our return at 4:15 pm. The location is excellent, right in Center City across from the Reading Terminal Market, but noise from adjacent rooms can be a nuisance. The dining experience lacked variety and freshness in the food served. Overall, a mixed but decent stay considering the value for money.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious, clean, and met our needs, although they could use a bit more attention to cleanliness. The service was friendly and helpful, although parking fees were on the expensive side. The location was excellent for exploring the city with easy access to key attractions.
